• How far is Terra Verde from the Orlando International airport?

    The journey from the airport would normally take between 25 and 30 minutes depending on traffic and the time of day.

  • This is our first visit to Florida and the USA and we are worried about the drive from the airport. Can we be met at the airport?

    We are able to arrange for our management company to pick you up at the airport or meet and greet you and guide you to Terra Verde (Orlando $80, Sanford $140).

  • Can we arrange for food packs on our arrivals?

    Yes, we can arranged to a basic or snack and breakfast pack to be in our home on your arrival – Basic pack ($30); Coffee, sugar, tea, milk, soda & donuts. Snack & breakfast pack ($55); Coffee, sugar, tea, milk, soda, donuts, bread, butter, cooked meat, cereal, orange juice & potato chips.

  • What information do I require on arrival at the main gate?

    You will require your pre-completed Gate Guest Check-in Form that will be sent to you with your Welcome Pack. You will also need photo ID. We also recommend that you have your booking confirmation and arrival instructions available.

  • What happens if I am delayed or arrive late in the evening?

    Late arrival is no problem as prior to arrival you will be given a personal entry code for access to the home providing you have returned you Guest Registration Form and Security Deposit details to our Management Company ahead of time.

General Information

  • What medical services are nearby?

    There is a 24-hour drug store/chemist on US 192.

  • Do you recommend pool heating?

    It depends upon individual preferences, but in general, we would recommend pool heating from November to April. Pool heating may be booked and paid for in advance, or organised upon demand via our management company. The pool heater will take about a day to become fully effective. Costs charged locally, will not necessarily be the same as those payable in advance and it may prove cheaper to book in advance.

  • Do you offer daily cleaning services?

    Your villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. A mid stay cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost.

  • Who should I call if I need anything during my stay?

    You can contact our Management Company during normal office hours 7 days a week. Simply give them a call or visit their office at the clubhouse. They are also available 24 hours a day for emergencies (the number will be provided prior to your arrival).

House Amenities

  • What amenities are offered for our children?

    We provide a Playstation 2 game system with games, foosball table (for kids of all ages), a selection of board games and playing cards to keep them busy as well as the pool.

  • Do you provide linens and towels during our stay?

    Yes. The villa is supplied with sufficient linen and towels (including pool towels) for your stay.

  • Do you provide a hairdryer in the home?

    Yes. Two hairdryers are provided. One is in the upstairs master bathroom and other in the downstairs bathroom.

  • Do you have laundry facilities?

    Yes we do. We have a washing machine and dryer in the utility area of the villa. Also provided is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

  • Is there a phone in the house?

    We have two phones in the house. One is located in the kitchen and the other in the upstairs master bedroom. We offer the facility of free call within the USA and Canada. Phone cards are available at the clubhouse should you wish to make international calls.

  • Do you provide TV’s in all rooms?

    Yes. Our home has widescreen digital cable TVs in the family room, and all 4 bedrooms with a selection of 117 Standard Definition and 23 High Definition channels. The family room also has a DVD player. A collection of DVD’s is available for your enjoyment.

  • What amenities do you offer for families with babies?

    We provide a crib with bedding, high chair and stair gate on request for no extra cost.

  • Is Internet access available and is it free of charge?

    Yes, there is free wireless access within our home (PC not provided). There is also free wireless access within the clubhouse. The clubhouse also contains an Business Centre with 3 computers and printer. There is a small charge for the use of these computers and printing.

Orlando Area

  • How close are the nearest shops and restaurants?

    The US 192 has plenty of of shops and restaurants approximately 5 minutes drive.

  • How far are the beaches?

    Cocoa beach is approximately is only about 60 minutes and Daytona beach is only about 90 minutes drive away on the East coast. Clearwater is about 90 minutes drive to the West.

  • How close are the main attractions?

    Walt Disney World is approximately 10 minutes drive depending on traffic and the park you are visiting. Universal Studios is approximately 20-25 minutes drive and Sea World approximately 12 minutes drive from the Terra Verde Resort, depending on traffic and time of day.


  • Do you accept credit card payments?

    Yes. We can accept payment by Credit and Debit Cards through Paypal. Please note it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make payments this way.

  • When are payments due?

    In order to secure your booking a deposit of $150.00 per week is required and the balance will be due 8 weeks before your reservation date.
